We started this blog to journal our six month stay in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico over the winter of 2005/2006. All the original posts of our winter are still here. We enjoyed it so much in Guaymas that we decided we wanted to live there.

Hi, Enjoyed reading some of the "teasers" above. Am considering a move to live in Guaymas for about 6 months of the year and continue in Chiangmai, Thailand, for the other half of the year. Reason: I'd like to be closer to my son and granddaughter, as well as, facilities covered by Medicare. I would love to be able to read your blog. Thank you.
