Hey Chip. Just found your blog today so have lots to catch up on. What I have read so far has been interesting. Great photos as well. I live in Medellin now but want to be close to the ocean and Barraquilla looks good. I hope to find a blog on rental costs in Barraquilla in a good neighborhood. Maybe you have one. I'll be checking.
