I truly love reading about Kim's adventures in her new country. She is brutally honest but always with the kind of openness any traveler needs to navigate an unfamiliar land with grace and good humor. Kim is a great writer and observer of life.

I am not an expat (yet!) but after reading Amovingstory for several months, it's on my bucket list! She is honest, kind, transparent and FUN! I cannot wait to hear her next adventure, and am already wondering I'm going to do when she leaves Mexico! I need to hear about other expat adventures so I can plan my "to go to" cities!

Kim's blog uncovers a side of life in Mexico City that a tourist would never know. I love reading her adventures and meet the people in her life. I can hardly wait to visit her and see all the sights for myself. I also love reading Kim's blog because it allows me to stay connected with my friend on a daily basis.

These blogs enticed me to visit Mexico City last fall and see what I've been missing. I spent more than three weeks. It was a trip I'll treasure always.

I love reading about the experiences of an expat in Mexico. Her candid reviews, all with a quick wit and sense of humor, make this blog unique and one to follow! I've learned so much about Mexico City - so much more then what I'd get from a travel site! I'm very much looking forward to traveling to Mexico and getting just a taste of what this expat has experienced!

I love keeping up with Kim's adventures in Mexico City and her life as an expat. I think she is doing a wonderful job shining a POSITIVE LIGHT on a city and country that has been troubled with such negative news. What a wonderful way to inform the world of the GOOD and BEAUTY in Mexico City and Mexico...KUDOS to A Moving Story!

Kim's stories always leave me laughing or learning something new about Mexico City. I can't imagine moving my family to another country where I don't speak the language, but she makes it seem doable - and actually enjoyable! :) She totally deserves this award.

The stories are wonderful, funny and interesting. Kim is very witty, explaining her visits to various historic sites, restaurants and social life in Mexico. She is like a travel guide and you feel like you have been there with her or want to go there with her.

When a new post from A Moving Story shows up in my inbox, I set everything else aside until I've had the chance to read it. Kim provides a well-written and beautifully photographed perspective on her family's experiences in Mexico.
