Have now read every entry, we are in the planning stages of moving to Belize, we are planning a 2 week trip in August to check out a few things. The information found on this blog has been VERY helpful

This blog is very entertaining and well written. Not only does it give us many ideas of what it is like to live here, but the recipes are absolutely wonderful....if only we could find someone else to do the cooking for us, that would be devine. I am disappointed when there isn't a new posting every day, but I guess life gets busy! Masterful blog!
